Quick Turn PCB FAQ

We support Surface Mount Technology (SMT) down to 12 mil pitch, Ball Grid Array (BGA) placement with 1,100+ pin counts, through-hole automatic and manual insertion, and mixed technology assemblies combining SMT and through-hole components.

We utilize Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), visual inspection under magnification, and functional testing. For BGA and QFN components, we perform X-ray inspection to verify solder joint integrity beneath the package.

Yes, we support both leaded and lead-free (RoHS compliant) assembly processes. Our equipment and processes are configured to handle the different temperature profiles required for each solder type.
